ERA MN End-of-Year Fundraiser
Join us for a fun-filled in-person fundraiser with ERA MN as we celebrate some incredible work and welcome the new year! The fundraiser is taking place on December 28 from 5-7 p.m. Learn more and RSVP here!
QUEERSPACE Collective December Training
This comprehensive training aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to create a supportive environment for Queer and Trans youth, addressing the unique challenges they may face. Trans Equity Training
We’re continuing our series of trans equity trainings, where participants can find meaningful ways to talk about the issues facing transgender people and take action! Our next Trans Equity Training will be taking place virtually on January 18, 2024, and you can sign up here!
Alliance Defending Freedom Joins Anderson Case
In August of 2022, an Aitkin County Jury found that a Minnesota pharmacy did not discriminate when they refused to fill an emergency contraception prescription for our client, Andrea Anderson. Our legal team worked hard to appeal the decision to the Minnesota Court of Appeals to ensure Minnesota patients can safely access the healthcare they need.
The pharmacist who refused to fill the prescription added a new co-counsel to their case: the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), the legal team behind the lawsuit against the FDA’s approval of Mifepristone and other anti-abortion and anti-LGBTQ issues.
