Report Gender-Based Violence by Federal Immigration Agents

Gender Justice is investigating reports of unlawful gender-based verbal, physical, and sexual harm experienced by or witnessed by people interacting with federal immigration agents in Minnesota, including ICE, CBP, and DHS.

This confidential legal intake is conducted for the purpose of evaluating unlawful conduct by government officials which includes targeting people based on their sex, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity and committing acts of gender-based or sexual violence and harassment.

You may complete this form if:

  • You personally experienced gender-based harm, or
  • You witnessed gender-based harm directed at someone else first-hand during an interaction involving federal immigration agents in Minnesota.

This form is confidential. We store responses securely, and we will not share identifying information without your explicit consent.
