We’re officially in the last month of 2023! It’s been a busy year, and there’s a lot going on with the work still ahead of us. Here’s what’s new with Gender Justice as we head into Winter and the end of the year.

Health Organizations Support Gender Affirming Care in North Dakota

Major health organizations including the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Medical Association, and Endocrine Society, have submitted an amicus brief in support of gender affirming care for transgender youth in North Dakota. Read about our North Dakota lawsuit to defend trans youth!

Notable Women in Law Award – Christy Hall!

Native Women’s Equal Pay Day

November 30th was Native Women’s Equal Pay Day. Native American women in the US are paid just 55 cents for every dollar white men make. Read more and find ways to take action here.
