Our team has been at the Capitol every day this legislative session advocating to expand abortion access, protect LGBTQ+ rights, establish Paid Family Medical Leave and pass other crucial gender equity legislation.
Our team has:
- Written testimony in support of the conversion “therapy” ban advancing in the House and Senate.
- Testified in support of the Trans Refuge Bill protecting access to gender-affirming care.
- Testified in support of HF1104, protecting the rights of breast and chestfeeding parents in the workplace.

Minnesota Lawyer Attorneys of the Year
We are delighted to announce that Gender Justice Attorneys Jess Braverman, Christy Hall, and the Doe v. Minnesota team was awarded Attorneys of the Year! This was the culmination of three and a half years of hard work by Gender Justice and our partners to undo laws designed to increase costs, shame patients, and intimidate providers.
